Northern NY Council is a collection of skating clubs starting at the eastern end of Lake Ontario following the St Lawrence River up to Lake Champlain, south to Lake Placid, and then west back to Lake Ontario.
Mission: to provide current figure skating information from USFS and local figure skating clubs to the figure skating community of Northern New York.
